Alan is done with finals and working for his dad this summer, which is a very diverse job. He continues to read good books like Louise L'Amour, the Great Books series and more. And he also had his first opportunity to be a groomsmen for one of his close friends who recently got married; which was fun.
We are enjoying the time we've had to read for long hours lately and go for sunset walks. We are reading the Leven Thumps series together and we are really enjoying it; as well as Laddie, and Bleak House, ETC.
I am loving being a MOMMY! =D and am enjoying the time I have to read. I also started an LLC with my mom and older sister! On the third, mom (Donna), Julia (my sister) and I set up our LLC and founded The Princess Academies, which is a mother daughter organization helping women develop the lost skills and refinements of womanhood that used to be passed down from mother to daughter. We will be launching our website on June 6th.
I have been enjoying the work I am doing for our business, while being an at home mom first. I'm also enjoying cooking and learning new recipes from my mother in-law.
Elizabeth was able to roll herself over from her tummy to her back twice the other day, and is starting to get her knees under herself and lifting/ pushing with her legs when she is on her tummy! So, she now has the head and leg part of crawling down, now she just needs the supporting herself with her arms; but that will come in time.
We got family pictures the other day! When thinking about it I found it cool that I have a family picture, and even more amazing and a bit incomprehensible was the realization that I have a family and we have a family picture! Life just happens so quickly; in fact, I'll be turning twenty this Friday!
Well, we hope hope all is going well for you and your loved one's and I will continue to keep you posted! And congratulations to all our family and friends who are newly-wed, or expecting, or who have recently had a baby!

Our story in a nutshell:
We meet January 9th 2008 at George Wythe University in Cedar City UT; had our first unofficial date February 3rd and our fist official date February 15th when we also became an official couple. We got engaged on February 17th and were married in the LDS Mount Timpanogus Temple on February 22, 2008.
Fast forward 3 years to the Present:
~We just bought our first house
~I am currently expecting our second child, Joseph Arthur Walton, November 1st 2011.
~ Alan just finished his first year on the job at Epic
~Our first child, Elizabeth Anne Walton, just turned 2 and a half
More about us:
Alan Arthur Walton
Alan was home/public schooled and his favorite class was probably band.
Alan served a mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints, in Novosibirsk, Russia from January 2006-08.
After returning home, he did a semester at GWC, met and married Jennifer Goff, and then returned to BYU and graduated with his degree is Math April 2010.
Alan is now working for a health care software company called Epic, in Madison WI.
Alan is a life-long learner, and super smart, just ask me or anyone who knows him.
He is also an amazing husband, wonderful father, loyal friend and a man of true character and discipleship.
Jennifer Elizabeth Goff
Jennifer enjoyed private/ home schooling until age 18 when she started attending George Wythe College, where she soon met her future eternal companion Alan Walton.
Jennifer helped found The Princess Academies, an international mother-daughter organization, with her mother Donna Goff and Sister Julia Groves in 2009. After about a year of working for Princess Academies she decided to switch to being a volunteer contributor so as to have more time to focus on her family and simplify her time.
Jennifer is currently pregnant with her second child (a boy) and is Due the 1st of November 2011. She also loves being the mother of her first child, Elizabeth Walton, now age 2.
Jennifer enjoys so many things that there isn't space to list them all here, but a few of her more general interests would be: the gospel, her family, learning, nature, music- especially her piano compositions, reading, cooking/ baking, art and especially Alan.
Elizabeth Anne Walton
Elizabeth was 7 lbs 4 oz and was 20 inches long when she was born. She has semi-curly strawberry blond hair, and beautiful blue eyes (just like her daddy). She is a happy, good-natured, bright, sweet child and her parents love her dearly!
Elizabeth is growing up SO fast! She loves nursery, other people, babies of course and her mommy and daddy. She is excited to be getting a new brother, and she is still pretty attached to mommy, but mommy is still really attached to her as well, so it works out nicely for the most part.
Elizabeth loves bacon and orange juice, playing at the park, laughing, playing the trumpet (or at least blowing it), family and friends, walks/ being outside, dancing, going garage saleing (or in her case garage sale playing), CHOCOLATE, playing with mommy and daddy, animals, reading, watching movies/ TV shows (on netflix) together, playing pretend and so many many other two year old Elizabeth things.

Events of 2008/ Our Story- the slightly longer version
Jan.
9 -Alan gets home from his mission in
Feb.
3 -First unofficial date; Alan walks Jennifer home from a fireside and is invited in for dessert. After talking for hours and they parted with an official date set up to go to a institute dance. Alan takes interest.
4-14 -Two weeks of friendship building, a.k.a. hours of talking with each other, spending time together and unofficial dates- like walking Jennifer to a school lecture, etc.
15-16 -Alan and Jenny attend a school seminar, hold hands, go on their first official date to a Valentines dance, and are now boy-friend and girl-friend.
16 -Jennifer and Alan enjoy being boy-friend and girl-friend.
17 -Alan walks Jenny to church and on the way they both admit that they know the other is the one for them and that they want to get married; Alan officially purposes a few blocks later. Alan and Jenny get a ride to Utah County to tell their families the news.
18 –Alan and Jenny go to
19-22 -Lots of driving, planning, recommend getting, house finding and time to talk and enjoy holding hands and kissing
21-Jennifer receives her endowments
22- Alan and Jennifer are Sealed for time and all eternity in the LDS Mount Timpanogus Temple by Alan's grandpa, Evan Ivie.
22 -Mar. 5th - The Honeymoon (Cross country church and American History tour. Lots of talking, getting lost, driving through crazy storms, bonding, growing and even seeing relatives)

31 –Alan and Jenny hold their first annual Halloween Alternative Party (name to be decided…), Making new traditions together

27 –Our first Thanksgiving dinner together (Three of them actually)

15-19 –Alan and Jenny have finals
25 –Our first Christmas together- with both our families
